The City of Charlotte and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Regional Housing
Consortium Five-Year Consolidated Plan identifies the community’s affordable housing, community development and economic development needs and outlines a comprehensive and coordinated strategy for addressing them. It also serves as the application for funding for the following federal entitlement programs that serve low-income individuals and/or families:
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
HOME Investment Partnership (HOME)
Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG)
Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI)
